Getting started

Create an account or sign in from the home page. After signing in, you'll land on your dashboard where you can create as many directories as you like. Click New directory to start.

Choosing a directory type

In the Setup tab, pick the preset that best matches your community: General, Church, Membership, Staff/Office, Class/School, or Phone. Presets set terminology, enabled fields, and an accent color.

Adding & managing people

Switch to the People tab and click Add entry. Fill in the display name and any enabled fields, then save. Reorder by dragging, delete by opening an entry and clicking Delete.

Importing from a spreadsheet (CSV)

In the People tab, click Import CSV. Export your spreadsheet as a CSV file with one row per person and a header row, then map each column to a directory field.

Photos & cropping

Open an entry and click Upload photo. A crop tool will appear — drag and pinch to frame the subject. Photos are saved as a 3:4 portrait.

Customizing your directory

In the Setup tab you can adjust terminology, enabled fields, accent color, cover page, grid density (4/6/9 per page), and page size (Letter or A4).

The right side of the builder shows a live preview of every page as it will print. Scroll through to check spacing and photo crops.
