Is our members' information private?
Yes. Each directory is locked to the account that created it, photos are kept in private storage, and we never sell, rent or share your data. Payments go through Stripe, so we never see or store card numbers.
What if a family doesn't want their phone or address listed?
You decide what goes in. Leave out any detail for any family, and turn whole fields (like address or email) on or off for the entire directory.
Can a family be left out entirely?
Yes. Only the people you add are included, so simply leave them out or delete their entry.
Won't the directory be out of date by the time it's printed?
Because you build it yourself from your own list, you can make changes right up until you download it — no waiting weeks for a photo company to send proofs.
Do we need professional photos?
No. Phone photos work well. Families without a photo can show their initials instead.
How much does it cost?
Building is free. You pay $24.99 once to download your print-ready PDF. Or we can build it for you for $1 per member ($79 minimum).
